Contract version: 2026-10-20Provider: Patmos Software LLCContact: israel@patmos.io · patmos.io

Last updated (contract version): 2026-10-20 Provider: Patmos Software LLC (“Patmos”), provider of Showin (“Showin” or the “Service”). Registered address and formation details: [pending provider detail]. Contact: israel@patmos.io · patmos.io

1. Scope and acceptance

These terms propose the conditions for organizers, purchasers, and attendees to access and use Showin. Use of the Service would be subject to these terms and the privacy policy once approved and published.

Showin is a software platform for creating branded event pages, offering tickets, recording payments, and managing admission. Patmos provides technology tools; unless a screen or signed agreement says otherwise, it does not organize the event or sell its tickets.

Event specific commercial terms may appear on the relevant page. The organizer is responsible for ensuring they are complete and consistent with these terms and applicable law.

2. Accounts and acceptable use

Users must provide accurate information, protect their login credentials, and report unauthorized access. Organizers must limit team permissions and are responsible for actions taken through their accounts.

Showin may not be used for unlawful, deceptive, infringing, or harmful activity, or to compromise payment systems or Service security. Patmos may suspend access in response to a reasonable threat, valid legal request, or breach, and will provide a reason when lawful and practicable.

Users retain ownership of their content and grant Patmos a limited license to host, display, distribute, and process it as needed to provide and protect Showin. Organizers represent that they have the rights and permissions needed for any content, branding, images, and data they upload.

3. Event tools

Showin supports white-label event pages, visual identity, tickets and pricing, registration questions, attendee administration, and door tools. Availability may vary by plan, region, or configuration.

Each ticket may be represented by a QR code. Organizers control who may scan it and must ensure authorized staff follow their instructions. Validation may require connectivity; available offline functions synchronize activity when a connection returns and may surface conflicts that need review.

A QR code or receipt alone does not guarantee admission. Event terms, payment status, ticket validity, and organizer admission rules apply. Duplicate entry, transfers, and re-entry may be subject to the settings enabled for the event.

4. Pricing, payments, and payouts

The organizer agrees to the setup charge disclosed when contracting for each event. Paid events incur a 0.9% Showin platform fee on the total Showin charges the buyer for the order, after discounts, in the event currency; taxes are not calculated inside Showin and a refund does not change the fee already recorded on the order. Any fee change will be communicated before it applies to new events.

Stripe, Mercado Pago, bank, tax, currency conversion, and other provider charges are separate and may be deducted in addition. Organizers must review and accept each payment provider’s terms.

Depending on the event and country, payment may be processed through Stripe, Mercado Pago, or cash handled by the organizer. Electronic payments are processed by third-party providers; Patmos does not store full card numbers. Cash is collected and confirmed under the organizer’s responsibility.

Funds, settlement timing, reserves, chargebacks, and refunds depend on the payment provider, bank, event settings, and applicable law. No universal payout date is promised. For electronic payments, Showin operates the platform account at the payment provider, applies the platform fee to the order, and credits the balance to the account the organizer enabled at that provider, once the provider's charges are deducted; cash is collected and confirmed by the organizer. [Pending provider detail: merchant of record by country.]

5. Organizer and attendee relationship

The organizer is responsible for producing the event, permits, safety, description, capacity, price, taxes, admission, changes, cancellation, and delivery. The organizer also sets and communicates the event’s change and refund policy, subject to applicable law.

Buying a ticket creates an event related relationship between the purchaser and organizer under the terms shown at purchase. Patmos facilitates event publication, ticket issuance, technical validation, and may facilitate payment flows. It does not guarantee that an event will take place or its quality or safety.

Purchasers should review the date, location, access conditions, and organizer before buying. They should contact the organizer about event content or delivery and israel@patmos.io about technical platform issues.

6. Personal data

Patmos and the organizer may process data to operate accounts, manage registrations and payments, issue and validate tickets, provide support, prevent fraud, and meet legal obligations. The proposed privacy policy describes categories, roles, recipients, and rights in more detail.

Organizers decide what data they request for an event, must minimize collection, and must provide appropriate notices and legal bases. They must not request sensitive data without a legitimate need, valid authorization, and appropriate safeguards. Showin treats a person under 18 as a minor and requires the responsible guardian's authorization in that case; [pending provider detail: legal basis for processing minors' data by jurisdiction].

7. Intellectual property and availability

Showin, its software, and its marks belong to Patmos or its licensors. Organizers receive a limited, non-exclusive, revocable right to use the Service while their account is active. They acquire no rights in Showin’s code or components.

Patmos will seek to keep the Service operational and secure, but may perform maintenance, change features, or temporarily limit access to protect systems or users. [Pending provider detail: service level, support, and incident notice commitments].

8. Suspension and termination

Users may stop using Showin. Before account closure, organizers should export information they need, subject to availability and retention duties. Patmos may suspend or terminate an account for material breach, security risk, non-payment, or legal requirement, providing notice and a chance to cure where appropriate.

Termination does not remove accrued payment obligations, commitments for tickets already sold, or rights that survive by law. [Pending provider detail: post-termination access and export period].

9. Warranties, liability, and indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, Showin is provided subject to availability, and Patmos does not guarantee commercial results, attendance, sales, or uninterrupted operation of third-party providers.

Patmos does not limit liability that cannot legally be limited. Subject to that rule, [pending provider detail: liability cap and exclusions, including indirect damages]. Organizers are responsible for the event, its permits and content, their obligations to purchasers, and claims caused by their breach; [pending provider detail: scope of mutual indemnities].

10. Governing law and changes

The service contemplates Argentina and may extend to other jurisdictions. Mandatory consumer, privacy, payment, and e-commerce rules may apply based on the location of the user, organizer, and event.

Governing law, courts, dispute resolution, and contractual address: [pending provider detail: definition with counsel, accounting for non-waivable consumer rights].

Patmos will notify users of material changes and state their effective date. The applicable version should be available before acceptance. Contact: israel@patmos.io · patmos.io.
